Site Maintenance on some websites is probably the most important service of all, if for example you have old products listed on your site that are no longer available for instance your visitors will soon get annoyed and visit elsewhere.

At Costa Webdesign you can rest assure that if you want us to do some corrections we will do them quickly (Usually within a 48 hour turnaround) - Keeping your site fresh and up to date helps keep the visitor numbers high as people are more likely to revisit a site if they see a few changes each time.

You will only ever be charged for corrections or changes if they are your choice, there will not be a monthly charge like some other agencies charge whether you use the service or not.

Some sites will need very little upkeep if any so it all depends on the product/service you offer.

All maintenance is charged by the minute at 20 Cents per minute (€12 Pro Rata Per Hour), it would be impossible to charge such a service fairly any other way. If required a full quote can be given before each amount of maintenance is done to give you a rough guide as to how long the job in hand will take, so you can budget accordingly.

All maintenance requested will be done and added to your quarterly invoice (If work requested during that time) where each request will be itemised so you can keep full track of all expenses.
